We create fun, inclusive learning and recreation experiences for children and young adults of all abilities, including those with disabilities.
Hand-in-Hand is a non-profit that offers care and programs for children and young adults of all abilities, including those with disabilities. We offer integrated child care, school age programs, evening and weekend respite programs, and a young adult volunteer program. Our programs aim to 1) give participants a fun environment where they can be themselves 2) provide programs that increase independence and social skills, improve self-esteem and mental health, and help participants reach health and fitness goals and 3) help the whole family find balance by giving parents and primary caregivers a break.

Why we deserve the makeover
Hand-in-Hand makes a difference in the lives of 750 families every year, and that number is growing. We're consistently filling our programs (and having wait lists) as the number of families who find our programs valuable increases. We're a unique organization in the QC community in that we welcome individuals of all abilities, and all our programs can be adapted to each of our participants' needs. As we grow, our office needs are growing too. This makeover would help us function more efficiently so we can put more effort into planning great programs, instead of trying to troubleshoot an old printer again!
